A twenty-week CSA farm share runs from June through October with weekly pickups on Sundays from 4-6PM at Southern Appalachian Brewery in Hendersonville.
Here’s what you can expect over the season in your weekly pickup:
June Peas, salad greens, spinach, kohlrabi, radish, turnips, head lettuce, garlic scapes, cilantro, parsley, dill, oregano, arugula, mustard, kale.
July Blueberries, lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, dill, basil, shiso, radish, broccoli raab, beans, mustard, collards, chard, okra, early tomatoes.
August Tomatoes, melons, onions, garlic, basil, parsley, oregano, collard greens, chard, callalloo, beans, early peppers, okra.
September Peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, okra, melons, garlic, basil, shiso, lettuce, broccoli, collards, chard, kale, kohlrabi, carrots, onions, lima beans, early figs.
October Peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, okra, melons, figs, winter squash, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, popcorn, radish, turnip, leeks, lettuce, basil, cilantro, kale, collards, chard.
Cost is $600 for the full season, payable in two installments upon signup and in June. Get a dozen eggs weekly for an additional $100. (Half dozen may be available ask at sign-up).
For an additional $160+($3 deposit), members can add 32oz of craft beer weekly from our partners at Southern Appalachian Brewery with your pickup.
